Repower × Set Catering: A Partnership That Matters
The story of cooperation between Repower and Set Catering began with the very first psychological recovery project for military medics. From the very beginning, the team led by Oleksii Shpionov became an integral part of the initiative, providing participants with delicious and well-balanced meals. Yet their support was never limited to the kitchen alone.
In the most difficult moments, Set Catering even offered financial assistance when it was critically needed, proving that true partnership is measured not by words but by concrete actions.
Our Small Office in Podil
Repower’s own story of growth began at Set Cafe in Podil. Back then, we didn’t yet have an office of our own — we were simply looking for a place to work, think, plan, and dream. And we found it.
In the cozy atmosphere of Set Cafe, the first big ideas were born, the team was taking shape, and the aroma of fresh coffee and tasty meals added an extra spark of inspiration. That’s where we felt that great changes often start with small steps — and that good food can sometimes help just as much as a strategic session.
Charity Dinners with a Ukrainian Chef
Our cooperation goes far beyond Ukraine. For four years, the Set Catering team has been traveling to Stockholm to prepare Ukrainian dishes for charity dinners organized by Repower. These events brought together people from different countries around a common goal — to support military medics in need of psychological recovery. Thanks to these joint efforts, more than €152,000 has been raised to fund recovery programs.
As of September 2025, Set Catering has provided meals for more than 1,200 military medics who have taken part in Repower’s programs. Yet, as always, their work goes far beyond just food. It is about attention, care, and human warmth — the things that help restore not only strength but also faith.
This partnership was not built on formal agreements, but on shared values — humanity, trust, and responsibility. The Set Catering team has always been the first to respond when help was needed, always finding a way to support those who support others.The partnership between Repower and Set Catering is a true example of how kindness can become a strategy, and care — a driving force for change. We are deeply grateful to have by our side people who don’t wait for the “right moment” to help — they simply do it.
